Team Builder

Even the most harmonious team can lose direction every once in a while, it's a natural part of working together, so we have designed our fun team building sessions with this mind. Our aim is to re-invigorate and re-focus the group keeping the following three points in the forefront:

• Knowing the expectations of the goal

• Understanding why the goal needs to be achieved

• Commitment of each member to achieve the goal

While the Energiser is usually a short event inserted into a differently purposed day, the Team Builder is all about the participants. Through song, music and rhythm we dissolve tension and inter-personal barriers, rebuilding your team into an enthusiastic, productive unit.

People can feel a little apprehensive about singing in front of their colleagues, however we find that any reservations they may have are quickly dispelled when they take that first step with us. We firmly believe in using people's strengths rather than exposing their weaknesses, so those who are extremely reluctant to sing can still participate via percussion instruments or using vocal and body percussion techniques.
